I understand that there will be no diagnose made nor pharmaceuticals prescription given but that M/s, Miriam Dhanawade, AWC will offer an assessment of my general health based on Ayurvedic methods and will make dietary herbal and physical exercise recommendations to support my health.

I understand the importance of frequent by my medical Practitioner and ayurvedic Practitioner for necessary treatment modification.
